The Supporters Robert Le Kyng School are a group of parents, guardians and staff that help the school with fundraising and organizing social events.
We are often known as the SRLK.
Who we are…
The School Supporters meet about once a term to discuss and plan fundraising ideas and social events for the school. We raise money to help pay for things that the school budget does not cover and that can add to our children’s education and enjoyment whilst at school.
The meetings are very informal and everyone’s ideas and input are gratefully received. They are usually in the evening but if you cannot attend meetings you can still be a Supporter.
What we do…
The SRLK School have provided practical support with projects such as playground marking, gardening and classroom decoration as well as manning the book fair which raises invaluable income to provide books for the
Our social events have included Christmas and end of year Discos, Quiz Nights, Summer Fayres and Christmas Bazaars.
We also hold Christmas and Easter art competitions.
