Coronavirus update – 3rd April 2020

It is very strange sending you an end of term message when we haven’t seen many of you for such a long time.  As stated in our previous email we are closed during the Easter holidays. If you are a key worker and your circumstances change meaning you need childcare over this period please contact with the form that we sent in our previous Parentmail.

Over the holidays all school email addresses will still be monitored, so please do let us know if you have any concerns that we can help with.

Don’t forget that we have our mini food bank which we are happy to make available over the holidays should you be struggling.

As far as we are aware, those of you who qualify for a benefit based free school meal voucher should receive it soon.  Everything at our end appears to have gone through but the system is so busy with every school across the country trying to do the same thing.  You should receive a voucher for this week (w.c. 30/3/20) and the next voucher will be due at the start of next term (w.c. 20/4/20).

Annual school reports have now been completed and we will send these out by post.  We apologise that some of them are not signed by the class teacher and there are a few children’s comments missing due to absence.

We wish you a very happy Easter and hope all stay safe over this time.  While we do not expect to be back to school as normal on 20th April we will open again for key workers and vulnerable children next term.
